Public Safety. Public safety is one of the most essential services a city provides. Ruth supports public safety initiatives and thinks it is high time to implement an emergency and disaster recovery plan.
Small Changes Make A Big Difference. Ruth will continually search for ways to efficiently maximize the impact of city resources. One size no longer fits all and city policies must enable a broad range of solutions.

Accountability. Ruth stands ready to make informed policy decisions for the enrichment of Springdale. Public servants should be accountable to the citizens and be prepared and well informed before council meetings.
Beautification and Growth Complement Each Other. Growth and beautification are not opposite one another. Sensible policies and community commitment can achieve both goals.
We Can Win for Springdale. Ruth will be there for us. It takes hard work. The kind of hard work that Ruth did in advancing her business life, obtaining a Master’s from the University of Arkansas, all the while being the mother of three girls.
